What You’ll Be Doing

• Reaching out to potential clients (companies) to introduce our executive search services
• Managing leads, follow-ups, and client communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Supporting the recruitment process by helping coordinate candidate searches
• Learning and understanding the executive search industry from day one
• Building long-term relationships with clients and prospects

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in sales — you have closed deals and you know how to persuade
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) — this is a must
• Someone who is resourceful and creative — you find solutions, you don’t wait for them
• A fast learner who is excited to grow into a new industry
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
